Driving Records - Business Use ONLY

This type of search is not listed in search menu for new sign-up clients until credentialed as a business customer due to federal compliance laws.

Driving records search the past three to seven years depending on State.  DL# must be provided in order to do this search.  Includes DUI's and all citations. Please be aware that some statewide criminal searches will not show DUI/DWI and they could only be found in driving records.

Although driving record histories are used primarily for hiring potential drivers and heavy machine handlers and because driving records are held in state bureaus and have access to all counties in the state and sometimes other states, they can also be very useful for general screening purposes. Some states require a signed release.

 Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico,  New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin.

Due to FCRA issues we are unable to provide MVRs in the following states at this time:  Alaska, Connecticut, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington and District of Columbia.
